a fast- curing, synthetic resin system for sealing small holes, cracks and leaks in tanks and pipe fittings.

Sakuracoat No4

Sakuracoat No4, is made by adapting same kind of synthetic resin as No4, and consists of resin, activator
and filler. By mixing and kneading these three, a putty-like mixture is obtained, which is used to fill up
openings, cracks, and holes or to put on flesh.

Resin : Yellowish and transparent fluid of high viscosity
Activator : Yellow liquid with stimulus smells
Filler : Bronze powder containing fiber filler is to be used for reinforcement.


Sakuracoat No4, Properties

Sakuracoat No.4 will stop leaks of oil, water, etc.
From the damaged spot when an opening or crack is filled up with kneaded mixture of it.


Sakuracoat No4, How to use


1. At first, remove rust and dust around the opening or crack, and polish there as much as possible

2. Mix resin with activator at the ratio 7 : 1 in volume, and knead the mixture with spatula so that
it may be like putty. Then, add filler by twice the quantity of resin by eye measure.
The more the filler is added, the harder the mixture will be.

3. Stuff the kneaded mixture into corroded opening or crack. Good wiping off of oil or water will
get better adhesion.

4. Same as in the use of Sakuracoat No,1, the more or the thicker it is applied, the faster and
the firmer it hardens.

5. After temporarily stopped leak by stuffing the opening crack with Sakuracoat No, 2, clean the circumference
by wiping off leaked oil, gasoline or water. When dried up, strengthen the coating by putting glass cloth or
tape is accordance with the Emergency application Sakuracoat No. 1.

6. Cover the coating with Sakuracoat No, 1, mixture. No, I may be applied over No,2 even before the
latter has hardened, this will not cause slower hardening but rather accelerate it .
Even if any mixture of no,1 and No,2 is caused, this will never be a drawback in hardening.

7. No2 mixture can be used for about 10 minutes after mixing.
If it is spread thin, it can be used for 3 hours maximum ( at 20℃ )

퍼티상으로 충진제를 혼합하여 사용하면 금속보수부위를 매우 요령있게 사용할수있습니다

사쿠라코드본드 No 4, 제품은 금속보수부위에 보수에 적용되며 경화후에도 금속과같이 광택이나며 가공이 용이합니다
금속재료에 대하여 밀착성이 좋으며 경화시 발열 온도가 적어 사용이 편리합니다
또한, 열처리후 수축변화가 거의 없으며 고열부위 사용시에는 반드시 사쿠라코드 보강제를 함게 사용바랍니다


사쿠라코드본드 No4, 사용처

선박갑판, 기관 각부위의 각종파아프, 밸브배관, 해수변, 탱크, 콘덴셔, 펌프등의 균열, 누설, 누유, 금속부식부분보수,
냉동암모니아의 누설방지와 보수, 디젤엔진, 시린다부록, 커버등의 균열, 보수, 접착등에 사용되며

특히, 연료,유지, 가스등 인화성이 많은 물질의 위험개소의 누설방지및 균열, 부식, 보수에 매우적합하며
내유, 내수, 내전기절연성이 우수하여 안전관리에 편리하게 사용할수 있습니다


사쿠라코드본드 No4, 제품사용법

1. 보수부위의 녹, 페인트, 기름등 기타 오염물질들은 완전 제거, 건조후 사용해야합니다
2. 주제와 경와 경화제를 7 : 1 정도로 혼합하여사용하시기 바랍니다
3. 충진제를 사용시에는 주제와 충진제를 미리 혼합후 경화제를 비율에 마추어 사용바랍니다
4. 긴급을 요하는 부위 적용시는 주제와 경화제을 혼합후 미지근한 열이 발생시 즉시 보수부위에 밀착해주세요
5. 균열부위가 크게손상시는 사쿠라코드 그라스 테이프를 사전에 준비하였다가 적용하면 효과가 있습니다
6. 긴급혼합시에는 수지의 자연 경화온도상승으로 손을 델 염려가 있으므로 반드시 안전 작업착용후 사용바랍니다
7. 통상 초기 표면 경화시간은 혼합후 대략 10분 정도이며 기계적인 강도요구시는 24시간 이후입니다
